Thinking it through, it would increase the possibility of a cross mode 
contact with double clicked responses in the band activity window if 
someone calls your off frequency, which is currently not possible. 
Probably a bad thing but maybe no worse than replying with the wrong 
mode for the frequency you are on (although the division position is a 
user choice anyway).
