Yes. Those files are really meant as a source for installers of KVASD
but there is no problem with individual users retrieving KVASD from
there manually. Please read and understand the end user licence document
in the parent directory.

For KVASD v1.12 Joe K1JT has built versions for the latest Intel Mac
OS-X, Intel Linux 32 & 64-bit and ARM Linux as well as the MS Windows
version.

V1.12 add s a feature required by the latest WSJT-X versions, it is
fully backwards compatible and should run with older versions of WSJT-X,
WSJT and MAP65. The changes allow the file kvasd.dat that it uses fro
inter-process communications to be located anywhere in the file system
thereby allowing KVASD to be installed into a non-writeable directory
and to be run from a non-writeable CWD.

I believe there is also a bugfix in the v1.12 version.

The reason for the for the 64-bit version of KVASD on Linux is that most
Linux 64-bit distributions do not include support for 32-bit programs as
standard, so with it extra dependencies such as the 32-bit Fortran and C
libraries are no longer needed on 64-bit Linux systems.
