I emailed him....tried to see if his software version shows on pskreporter
but it's down right now.
I'm using WSJT-X 5019

My ALL.TXT goes back to Sep 2014.  The first 000 I see was 2015-Feb-01 at
2046
I pretty much update WXSJT-X on a daily basis so that would've been around
the time of r4919 with all the major changes going on in the decoder.
