Hi Joe,

Along with WSJT-X, I usually run JT65-HF HB9HQX Edition in rx only (I 
usually obtain slightly better decodes with JT65-HF, although the gap is 
decreasing).
I have noticed the 'CQ 000 <callsign> <loc>' decode for quite some time 
now on each revision of WSJT-X.  I have looked into this and found that 
it appears to be when a station transmits 'DX <callsign> <loc>' from the 
HB9HQX software. As an example, I have screen captures of the decodes 
from both versions of software and the screen capture of the particular 
stations information from pskreporter if you are interested.
