Went in to change ONE line, double clicked to get to edit mode, change
the line, clicked OK. While the program was running, the line remained
changed. Closed the program, reopened, back to the previous info.
I'll test on a new .ini file here later today.

So far so good. I closed the program, opened it again, went to check

I just tested it again, on v1.4-RC5 - changed the text. Did the drag
and drop, and it appeared to change all the data. Closed the
settings by clicking OK. Opened settings again, all data is there.
Closed the program. Restarted the program, data's reverted back to
previous.
I'm assuming the data is kept in the WSJT-X.ini file, and I do see it
being 'touched' as the modified date is updated on the directory
listing, but I'm at a loss.

pop up context menu. You can then insert new rows either by right
clicking then selecting "Insert ..." from the pop up context menu or
by dragging and dropping the rows from "Working Frequencies" that
you wish to add "Station Information" for.
Which of the above editing facilities are not working for you?
