Hi Bill, you are right, it is a different issue. Try the follow: - create a icon that run C:\JTSDK\wsjtx\install\Release\bin\wsjtx.exe -r onedotfive (my version is 1.5.0 r5164) run, select View --> Astronomical data --> fonts button and select a smaller font, eg 12 now close program, run again (the Astronomical data is visible with selected font) press F2, insert call and locator, select font button, select size 9, select size 8, press OK and OK again to exit configuration. Now try to change the "Astronomical data" to a fixed font. I verified same problem on 1.6 but luckily not in 1.4.0 r5150 (last in svn before tag). Verified with jtsdk 2 on win7/64 and Ubuntu 14.04 LXDE
Please let me if you can reproduce the some behavior or is a my error 73's Sandro IW3RAB Il 06/04/2015 01:01, Bill Somerville ha scritto: > On 05/04/2015 23:48, Alessandro Gorobey wrote: >> Hi Bill, Neil, > Hi Sandro, >> >> yesterday I have a similar problem with ini file. >> Cannot change fonts, windows7/64, jtsdk 2 >> View --> Astronomical data --> fonts button >> Show me BatangChe (first in list) and selecting other "sample" font do >> not change. > That is a different issue, the problem Neil is seeing is specific to the > station details table and is not settings related. > >> I think that too many switch between versions have damaged some entry, >> but a text editor not reveal problems. >> Renamed wsjtx.ini and changed the icons destinations to >> C:\JTSDK\wsjtx_exp\install\Release\bin\wsjtx.exe >> C:\JTSDK\wsjtx\install\Release\bin\wsjtx.exe -r onedotfive >> C:\JTSDK\wsjtx-1.4\install\Release\bin\wsjtx.exe -r onedotfour >> Now all seem work. > OK, running different instances even if the versions are different is > not going to work well, you are doing the right thing to use different > --rig-name options to isolate the user files.
