Thanks Joe. I committed some of my WSPR-X fixes to SVN a few minutes ago.
They address the issue of WSPR-X decoding but not uploading the received
spots to the wsprnet.org website.

Like anyone who volunteers to work on projects like this, I have some
personal "itches" that are begging to be "scratched".  One prority for
me will be to get all the build related files (Makefiles, CMake and Qt
project files) as up to date as possible.

I suspect there is a lot of other "low hanging fruit" in the form
of things that have been fixed or improved in WSJT-X that could be
readily ported over to WSPR-X (like the population of serial port menus
as recently discussed on the list).

I will look into those as my time permits. Like everyone else, I have
other obligations competing for my time. (As well as some long overdue
antenna work at the home QTH).
