Looks like temporary CMake files generated during CMake compiler tests, 
although the wsjt_qt target is one of ours so I'm not sure why that is 
mentioned.

I don't have any similar file here on my Windows build system. Temp 
files not being cleaned up isn't technically an error but if they 
reappear we should investigate further and maybe report to the CMake 
developers.

What version of CMake are you using?
