Hi All,

I would like to propose a simple modification to wsprd directory usage.
This permit to separate executable files from programs data as actually
is done in "wsjtx" and "wsjtx --rig-name <rig-name>" and now involve few
lines of code.

For example in JT9 the command line provide:

  -a <path>
  --data-path <path>
Location of writeable data files, detfault="." (see follow note)

  -t <path>
  --temp-path <path>
     Temporary files path, default="."

If the options are not passed the wsprd continue to work as now.

note: "detfalt" must be "default"
Search "detfault" (3 hits in 3 files)
   C:\JTSDK\src\wsjtx\lib\jt9.f90 (1 hit)
Line 30: 'Location of writeable data files, detfault="."',
'<path>'), &
   C:\JTSDK\src\wsjtx-1.5\lib\jt9.f90 (1 hit)
Line 26: option ('data-path', .true., 'a', 'Location of
writeable data files, detfault="."', '<path>'), &
   C:\JTSDK\src\wsjtx_exp\lib\jt9.f90 (1 hit)
Line 30: 'Location of writeable data files, detfault="."',
'<path>'), &

Thank in advance
