Yes, this are the files.
If I run on a PC two instance of wsjtx with -r or --rig-name they do not
interfere:
wsjtx -r FirstInstance
wsjtx -r SecondInstance
the working and temp files are separate and "confined" in WSJT-X +
"command line parameter" or if -r not supplied in specific user area.
Also new "Message Aggregator" work very well in this condition.
In jt9 the concept is implemented as (referring to command jt9 -h results)

Location of writeable data files, default="."
-t <path>
--temp-path <path>
Temporary files path, default="."

and it is called by wsjtx main with this parameters.
This implies a simple modification to wsprd, adding similar command
lines options.
I do not see any license problem or loss of performance of the program
with this modifications.
If the two parameter is not supplied the program work as before
(default=".", not path added).
There is a big additional benefit as the temp/working files are
separated from code, as actually is done by all parts of WSJT-X.
