Nothing is set in stone that I know of, but a couple possible overlaps
may be:

160M: WSPR 1.8366 - JT 1.838 (JT slides up and down a good bit)
80M: WSPR 3.5926 - JT 3.576 (lots of IARU JT issues here, up and down)
30M: WSPR 10.1387 - JT 10.138 (fairly fixed usage )
17M WSPR 18.1046 - JT 18.102 (very tight digi slot, not just JT)
