We have to assume that people reading this email list are paying some
attention to posts that appear here. Answers to your queries have
appeared on this list on numerous occasions.

Dozens of people are building WSJT-X v1.6 regularly, and their input is
indeed a big help. A "bleeding edge" package for Windows was made
available only last week.
This is an all-volunteer effort, as you must know. Our available time
is *NOT* best devoted to deploying new packages every few days.
