Hi, tried to build wsjt on Windows 8.1 and Windows XP machines:
1. downloaded http://physics.princeton.edu/pulsar/K1JT/JTSDK-PY.exe 2. extracted to C:\ 3. cd \JTSDK-PY 4. jtsdk-pyenv 5. got messagebox: --------------------------- svn.exe - Unable To Locate Component --------------------------- This application has failed to start because MSVCR100.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem. --------------------------- OK --------------------------- 6. copied msvcr100.dll from Visual Studio Redistributable Package to subversion directory 7. jtsdk-pyenv 8. got messagebox: --------------------------- python.exe - System Error --------------------------- The program can't start because python33.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem. --------------------------- OK --------------------------- 9. copied python33.dll from python 3.3 installation package to Python33 directory 10. now everything seems to work My question is should msvcr100.dll and python33.dll be included in the JTSDK-PY package? 73 Hannu OH2LHE
