Jay, It should be but I will be the very first to admit that I am a blind user of the development environment (not correctly as it turns out) so I could have done something wrong.
There is one new file FSKParameters.f90 that I added and that "appeared" to check in OK. Is that the one it is complaining about? It is an include file so the make file are currently unaware it even exists.
