Hi Joe,

I did change the standalone operating of jt9 a bit so I may well have 
caused that. I do remember moving a flush call from jt9b or jt9c into 
jt9a when I refactored them away. I'll sort it out, for sure jt9 should 
not run with no command line options, it should need either '-s key' or 
a list of files as a minimum.
