Hi George and all,

Please consider that if a message has been received and if it cannot be
decoded without errors, I have to resend my previous message. With the
standard sequence, it's ensured that the QSO will always be completed,
even if some messages have to be resent. With the proposed shorted
sequence, this is not assured in any case.
