For your report to be useful you need to tell us more. Have you saved a .wav file, as advised? Does the decode step fail when you read back the saved file? If so, we should be able to reproduce your problem and solve it for you. Have you started wsjtx from a command prompt window, as advised before? If so, you will probably see an error message and be able to tell us something much more useful than "QRA64 crashes" Are you trying to do EME?
