FYI...I have wsjt-x delayed by 3000ms in JTAlert. Perhaps that's the reason.
It may have to with the timing.Anyways...the patch is harmless....fixes the
behavior I see...and likely fixes it for all other situations too since the
splash screen title won't ever match.It can all be backed out whenever the
splash screen is eliminated...that's still the plan, right?
