Hi Dmitry,

I assume you are referring to the percentage shown in the left hand Rx 
status bar indicator while using MSK144 mode. This is an estimation of 
CPU utilization so you can tune your receive parameters so as not to 
overload the CPU. The "Menu->Decode->Fast/Normal/Deep" settings and the 
FTol settings will impact CPU load and the intention is that you choose 
settings that keep the figure less than 90%. When the utilization is 
estimated as higher than 90% the background turns red, this is an 
indication that too much work is being attempted and the decoder is not 
keeping up with incoming audio. When this happens you should either 
reduce the FTol value or switch to "Normal" or "Fast" in the 
"Menu->Decode" pop up menu.
