Do you get a special support now from the WSJT-X people? Unbelievable!!!
Udo,Not sure what you mean by that comment? I don't get any special support from the WSJT-X devs.
My brief message about what I observed posted on the JTDX support group was my way of saying, in a brief way, that some of the "fan boys" on the JTDX group are missing the fact that the vast majority of the JTDX code is taken directly from WSJT-X along with all the development and testing vy the WSJT-X team that went into that code to optimise it to produce decodes when signals are overlapping.
Some on that group seem to think that this new mode (JT10) and it along with JTDX are fantastic and far superior to WSJT-X which is simply not the case.
FWIW, in much of my testing of JT10, it routinely misses decodes in a test environment with no RF, one instance receiving directly from another instance. One minute it wont decode and the next it will for the exact same message under identical signal situations.
My last comment on JTDX and JT10. de Laurie VK3AMA
