Check your WSJT-X.ini file for "Fmin=0" and change it to 2500.
I've submitted a patch for this but it hasn't been posted yet.

using the development release r7661. When I change frequency band in JT65 + JT9
mode the spinner in the wide graph for the JT9 start frequency changes from my
set value (2500) to 0. It also does this if I change from JT65 + JT9 to MSK144
and back to JT65 + JT9. Many thanks for this excellent program Colin
