I made some changes today (r7668) that should tidy up the lowest decoded
JT9 DF in JT9+JT65 mode. Now the spin box on the wide graph window is
disabled and set to zero on 60m, it reverts to the prior value and is
re-enabled when going to a different band. There's no need to mess with
manually editing the settings file.
