I don't quite understand what you're trying to do....
WSJT-X can already save WAV files on it's own which you can use.  Why would you 
need to do the audio yourself?A couple of quick shell/batch files will move any 
"new wav files" into another directory which would then process them with the 
command line tools.Once a new file appears you'll want to sleep several seconds 
to let WSJT-X do it's thing first and you can restrict WSJT-X so it will 
process very quickly (e.g. JT9 only....high cutoff).
Another thing you could simpler yet is use the ALL.TXT file and just keep a 
backup and look for diffs.  Again...another simple shell/batch file.You did say 
all you want to do is watch, right?
