Yes...the ADIF file is used for WSJT-X's B4.  JTAlert is a much better and more 
powerful solution for that though.

It's the ALL.TXT file that could be a problem during decoding as that can all 
happen at the same time so I'd keep that separate.

 my concern is about the ADIF file as I think (but not sure) that wsjtx looks 
into it to verify if the call is a NEW-ONE or WB4..
 ....I would like that both instances of wsjtx  had the same informations.

....is it possible to have a single, unic, logging file ?
