Thanks for the code. Do you know of any documentation on the WSJT UDP broadcast
and datagrams? Is it necessary to send a subscribe command in order to receive
them?

I do not have C# code, but I'm working on Java implementation that should be
close enough for you to look at.
It's available on Github at: https://github.com/heimir-sverrisson/MapQSOs
Please note that this is very much work in progress, but the code that receives
the UDP datagrams and parses them is working.
