Hi Joe and Rich,
N4ERC was listed in the CTY.DAT embedded in WSJT0X as located in PR by
means of an exception. I note that is no longer the case, the next
release of WSJT-X will have a newer revision of CTY.DAT. In the meantime
you can update the CTY.DAT file used by placing a more recent version in
the WSJT-X log file directory.
