Good morning all, WSJT-X v1.1.8-rc2 r8069
When changing configurations (say from FT8 to MSK144), I've found that the frequency does not change unless you go and reselect the desired mode in the MODE drop down menu.
Switching from MSK144, where the frequency tab is set for 50.260 MHz, I click on Configurations, select FT8, select Switch To. The GUI reinitializes, and the frequency is still 50.260 000, and the text is yellow on red background. Go to Mode, FT8 is selected, but reselect it anyway, and then the frequency (and the radio) are now correctly on 50.313 000.
This also happens when switching from FT8 to MSK144; in order to get the application to apply the correct frequency, you need to reselect the already selected mode.
I had built r8040, and thought this was quietly fixed, as I did not see this problem. I just reloaded r8040, and sure enough, the frequency responds correctly.
I just built R8070 and the issue still exists.
