Greg,

Dummy me! I just created a shortcut for the latest build of wsjtx.exe from
the 'install' folder and it works just fine. Many thanks for your rapid reply.

With over 5000 FT9 QSOs in the K1HTV log, I'm now up to 140 FT8 DXCC countries
worked and 108 confirmed via LOTW while running 50 to 75W.

FT8 is GREAT!!!

Thanks for all you are doing as part of the WSJTX Development team. Super job
guys!

Hi Rich,

Typically, you do not run the build from the ?build? folder. Rather, you run it
from the release/install folder, as that is where all the required QT / GCC
dll?s are copied to. The auto-run setting for JTSDK (assuming that is what you
are building with) changes directory to the revision / release / install
directory, then runs the wsjtx.exe. This would be the same action as if you
were to run WSJT-X after using the package installer. The plugins directory
typically resided one level above the /bin directory. However, when running
from the build directory, that structure does not exist.

I can?t really speak to your older build situation.
