There are many options for software that will sync your PC time using a $20 USB
GPS receiver. That seems like a better option than trying to track other
parties' times with unknown accuracies.

This morning VK9MA was operating FT8 on 160m. At times his framing showed
a DT of 1.1 Sec. The DXPedition was not successful in decoding most of the
RX frames.
