Hi Mike,
I did not fix the perceived issue, all I did was make sure the message
box was not triggered until the main window had finished constructing.
The fix for JTAlert remains that it must only be started *after* the
WSJT-X nag message has been dismissed. As commented on by Joe, this
maintains the annoyance level desired for non-GA releases.

It should be obvious that this warning message is intentionally
annoying. Its whole purpose is to remind people that -rcx versions are
NOT for long-term use.
