  I think some of the variance maybe due to the CW keying periods where
samples may have been gathered when there are CW keying artefacts
occurring, the radio had been on for 48 Hrs when these measurements were
made and has a 'heated crystal' for its reference (Icom CR64 reference
module).

I will try the method using the utility program you made mention of in the
other posting, I only hope I can make a set of instructions that are clear
enough for the others here in VK that are on 144 & 432 WSPR as I am chasing
this really for them as I already have a GPS locked rig in use on WSPR.  My
example with my aging 275H was to see if it could be solved on a typical
older rig.
