I have the exact same problem in MacOS 10.13.6, running on a MacBook Pro. Every
time I start WSJT-X, the windows appear in their default positions and size, I
need to move them and resize them to my preference.

I should add that I’m using three displays, the built-in one in the MacBook Pro
and two external displays, one 30-inch and one 24-inch. I have Mission Control
set to “Displays have separate Spaces,” I don’t know if this may be
complicating things.
