Mine is 100% repeatable. It does the same thing on each restart. The water fall comes up in the upper left just like it was before closing down wsjtx-2.0-rc3 under macOS 10.14.2; however the main QSO window is not where it was left. It starts about five spaces below the waterfall and has to be moved up and expanded on each restart.
