thanks for the issue report and also thanks to Mike, N5INP, for also
reporting this issue.
I can confirm that worked before highlighting is still badly broken in
WSJT-X RC4. The defect was that entries were only being added to the
internal worked before database if they constituted a unique entry for
each and every worked before index, whereas they should only have
constituted a unique entry overall. The consequence was that very few
worked before table entries were being held.
I have fixed the defect so it will be ok in the next release.
