There is nothing wrong with the sensitivity of RC4.
We assume that people using our beta releases will read and understand
the Release Notes and Quick-Start Guides for the releases they are testing.
Release candidate RC4 decodes and transmits only 77-bit messages. It
will not (and is not supposed to) decode the 75-bit messages transmitted
by WSJT-X v1.9.1 or earlier. By default, release candidates RC1, RC2,
and RC3 also transmits 75-bit messages.
