It seems that now everyone (=almost all) are using RU rule band
frequency allocation start as dial value.
This limits the amount of stations. We are still used to have just one
dial frequency slice.
If allocated band frequency is divided to 2kHz slices we get more room.
It is not relevant now, but in future if/when amount of contest stations
grows.
Then we are facing a new problem. Search-and-pounce stations MUST answer
either from 0 or UP. If they answer from negative frequency (DN) they
might go to another 2kHz slice and away from run stations receiver.
------That's why it would be handy to have checkbox "answer random x
60Hz up (0 - 600Hz)" for search-and-pounce stations.
-----Another request is that when I receive MYCALL CALL R RST NR and my
program sends CALL MYCALL RR73 and pops up log window Std messages would
NOT be erased AND next TX would STAY at RR73 until OK is pressed at
logging window. Now if other station did not get RR73 and repeats R RST
NR it is more difficult to generate RR73 for him again as std msg are
cleared and next TX is CQ.
