Me too. When I log, log entries scroll up one, but just logged entry is one line below bottom edge. If I have already scrolled the last entry into view (bottom line), no entries scroll up on a new log entry - if I remember correctly.
Vertically, my window is open enough to show about 18 entries (no room for more). Windows 10 Home.
