I saved as the default .cbr but then changed the extension to .log then sent to the email address listed. The robot was able to read and confirm fine.
I was a bit confused as well but since it said yourcall.log in the instructions, I did it that way. And as Ed W0YK mentioned, "Either one will work, but we recommend *.log."
