The second sentence here reads as follows:
"Check the box *Show DXCC, grid, and worked-before status* on the
*Settings | General* tab, and any boxes of interest to you on the
*Colors* tab.
Did you do both of these things? If so, and you are not getting what
you want, you will need to be more specific about what you did and how
the program responded.
