Hi Jim,

I have the same model Mini, and the same OS upgrade caused issues.  I
also noticed that the values from the sysctl.conf were different than
what is recommended; the shmall value was 8192 as in yours, and the
shmmax 33554432 even though the recommended is lower than that (and
the default listed in the ReadMe file seems to indicate the standard
default is much lower than both what we have set and what should be
set).  My problem though isn't that the application stops working, but
that it doesn't work fast enough - decodes work well, but it's as if
the thread responsible for transmitting is anywhere from 1-3s behind
everything else so transmissions don't start or end on time.
Unfortunately I know very little about profiling, and less than that
on profiling on Mac OS, to be able to help find out what's taking it
so long - though I'm willing to run profilers and provide the data if
someone can tell me what they need.
