I don't find USB Power Options anywhere you mention.
Perhaps it's a Windows 10 thing ??

Hi Frank,

non-responsive audio after an hour or so is a symptom of Windows
powering down USB devices to save power, make sure that you have
disabled power saving options for USB hubs in Windows Device Manager and
for USB devices in the Windows Power Plan Advanced Settings.
