This is what caused me concern. It is a note on installing listed on their
web site:

I read that to mean that I download the file, but when I go to run it, I
have to use Admin privileges, which is what I thought  you had warned
about. I'll try to get to the install tomorrow and see how it might work.


   - Do not use the Run option when connected to the website. Save the file
   to your computer first and then run it *as administrator* from the PC
