Installed wsjtx-2.0.1.x86_64.rpm
<https://physics.princeton.edu/pulsar/k1jt/wsjtx-2.0.1.x86_64.rpm> to my
Fedora 28 some time ago and the wsjt-x works without problems.
Today I tried to start ft8code, but it fails:
ft8code: error while loading shared libraries: libgfortran.so.4: cannot
open shared object file: No such file or directory
My libraries show:
[saku@hamtpad wsjtx-prefix]$ ls /lib64/libgfor*.*
/lib64/libgfortran.so.5 /lib64/libgfortran.so.5.0.0
Symlinking /lib64/libgfortran.so.5.0.0 to libgfortran.so.4 does not work
(no backwards compatible):
ft8code: /lib64/libgfortran.so.4: version `GFORTRAN_7' not found
(required by ft8code)
So rpm for Fedora29 is not full compatible with Fedora28 even when
wsjt-x itself works ok.
When compiled from source ft8code starts ok.
