Since F30 has branched I would say it's past time to upgrade for F29 :) I'm
not an early adopter so I always wait about a month before upgrading.

Yes, there must have been a soname bump in libgfortran between f28 and f29
and the version provided by WSJT was built against version 4.

As always it's good to know how to build from source but I do try to keep
the Fedora package up to date.
