It's exactly the error message in the current WSJT-X doc file where it
discusses OpenSSL. Sorry -- can't copy it to email because I don't have
this email account on the shack computer. Error Loading LOTW Users Data

Hi Jim,
what is the error message you are getting from WSJT-X, including the
details. For your convenience you can copy the full error message to the
Windows clipboard by hitting CTRL+C while the error message box has
keyboard focus.
