Yes, it is 48Khz.

It is using Standard Microsoft USB Audio CODEC driver.

Playing audio from a audio generator in Windows via this soundcard works fine.

Playing continuous audio while testing with ’TUNE’ in WSJT-X plays with 
drop-outs unfortunately.
