Me too. I have seen it since I started using WSJTx (JT65/JT9), mid-2016 I 
think. I saw it with my early IC-735 driven by a SignalLink and still see it 
with WSJTx using my ANAN driven by Muzyshenko VAC. I see a carrier with no 
audio and it always works the next time I enable Tx or click the tune button. I 
happens so infrequently that I have never thought much about it - just figured 
it as some computer glitch. Does not seem to happen any more frequently now 
(using v2.1) than for any other version I have used.
