Am I standing out on a dangerous limb (NPI), if each QP sponsor decides, then 
compiles a branch that supports their QP, and distributes it on their QP web 
site?  As a Salmon Run sponsor, I know the desire is significant here (from 
inquiries to salmon...@wwdxc.org), even if some other states may have said NTY. 
 

Pending a more global solution/new protocol payload, I'm simply looking for 
answers in behalf of our contestants.  You KNOW that the ARRL Radiosport folks, 
as well as many noobs entering the contesting community, et al, would love to 
see it.  I also eagerly await the Dec QST to see what's said about FT8 in the 
2019 FD results.
