Ron, On the WSJT-X Wide Graph (waterfall) window screen , make sure that the "Ref Spec" check box in the lower center has not been accidentally checked. If checked, no signals will be seen on the screen and no WSJT-X signals will be decoded. This booby trap has caught me a number of times when I accidentally checked it while using my Android phone to remotely use WSJT-X via VNC.
