G night all,
I have finally found the root cause of the audio feedback described
above. I've not mentioned into the anomaly description that I'm using
Linux as O.S. and that the sound system is managed by pulseaudio, a
Linux sound framework which in turns can be regulated by alsamixer.

Well, with alsamixer I see a setting for "loop-back" control which was
enabled, I neither searched what enabling "loop-back" serves for, anyway
as soon as I disabled it the "Larsen effect" from the laptop
loudspeakers to its internal microphone whenever I was approximating my
hand on both has stopped immediately and this had definitely eliminated
the audio feedback during my FT8 transmission.
